ABOUT ME
I come from A Pobra do Caramiñal, a small village situated in the galician coast, west Spain. In 2012 I moved to Helsinki and currently I live with my misses and my dog.
I am a simple man with strong convictions, whose main goal in life is to become happy. This statement seems obvious but in today's world we tend to ignore it often. I live my life happiness orientated.

FOOD RESPONSIBILITY
As a professional I am aware of the environmental, social and economic problems food production costs worldwide. That's why I try to support local and environmental friendly producers as much as possible.
I have strong convictions. I respect animal life. When cooking I don't see "a product" but a living form which died for us to eat. When cooking, I strive to make sure no waste is generated; to make sure an animal didn't die for nothing.
That's the man and chef I want to be.
AMERICAN FOOTBALL
American football is an important part of my life. I am a former player, team manager, coach and even referee!
I contributed in 2008 to build up the first american football team in my homeland: Galicia Black Towers. Several years after, the project became the current team Santiago Black Ravens. Home is, without any doubts, my american football sanctuary.
This isn't just a game for me.
HOBBIES
I am sure happiness is a balance of everything we are involved with. I tried to attend to my hobbies and dedicate time to myself when I feel overwhelmed.
In my free time, I do sports, travel, spend time with my family and friends, play video games and read.
